The illustrations are rendered on translucent paper, including scenes of Adam Naming the Beasts, as well as window panels of Adam and Eve from All Saints church in Gloucestershire, plus Sleeping Apostles from the Transfiguration Panel in St. Cuthbert's church in Lancastershire, plus dense foliage and fruit-laden branches; and many more.
