Shipping & Terms
All prices are in Australian dollars including GST.
You have the option of using a credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal which allows us to fully process your order immediately. Or you may also choose to pay by direct debit which means that we will process but hold your order until the payment clears or the cheque arrives.
All your personal information is treated with utmost discretion and never passed on to a third party.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a comprehensive range of titles in stock with the status of every product clearly stated in the product description. We normally dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse the same working day (Monday to Friday).
On the off chance an item is out of stock, your order will be recorded. As soon as stock arrives, your backorder will be dispatched.
Shipping & Handling Charges
For online orders $49.99 and over, we offer free delivery anywhere within Australia by standard Australia Post parcel services. There is a flat $8 fee for orders under $49.99.
Express Post is available with the cost shown if you select this option during check out.
Tracking details for all orders will be sent to you by email once your package has been scanned by Australia Post.
The postage & handling charge for orders placed by mail, phone or email is $8 for one item, $11 for two and $14 for three or more.
Overseas Orders Prices exclude the Australian goods and services tax (GST) and the delivery cost will display as part of your order during checkout. We dispatch promptly through Australia Post by air with tracking details provided. Delivery times and any additional local charges are dependent on your location.
Permission to Return Merchandise We will accept return of merchandise if you notify us within five days of receipt but only if returned to us in saleable condition. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Once the merchandise is received in the warehouse, a credit, less original shipping and handling charges, will be issued. If you require a refund, please provide details.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise We will replace merchandise that is damaged in shipment or as a result of a picking error. Please contact us within five days of receipt to arrange return of damaged or incorrect items.
