Shipping & Terms
When you submit an order, your details will be emailed to us in two parts that absolutely guarantees security of all credit card information.
All prices are in Australian dollars including GST.
We pride ourselves in maintaining the best range of titles in stock and normally dispatch orders within 24 hours by Australia Post. We will process your order at our Melbourne warehouse and charge your card the appropriate amount once we have checked that all products are in stock.
On the off chance an item is out of stock, your order will be recorded. As soon as stock arrives your backorder will be shipped and charged to your card.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Australian Orders We offer free delivery anywhere within Australia by standard Australia Post parcel services for online orders over $29.99. There is a small $6 fee for orders under $29.99. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can expect 1–2 days in Victoria, 2–3 days in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide, 3–5 days in other cities and most country areas, and 5+ days for NT and more remote country areas.
Overseas Orders The delivery cost will display as part of your order when you checkout from the Shopping Cart. We dispatch promptly through Australia post by Air with delivery times and any additional local charges dependent on your location.
Permission to Return Merchandise We will accept return of merchandise if you notify us within seven days and then only if the merchandise is in saleable condition. A credit, less original shipping and handling charges, will be issued to your account or credit card. We no longer issue cheques but can refund to your bank account when you provide your BSB and account number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise We will replace merchandise that is damaged in shipment or as a result of a picking error within seven days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange return of damaged or incorrect merchandise and to arrange a replacement.
