Pocket Skirt: Semi-fitted paneled A-line skirt with pockets. Elastic waist. The no-fuss, flat, deep and close fitting "in-seam" pockets can be sewn completely with your serger. This skirt has the perfect amount ease at the waist and hips then gracefully falls into a very wearable a-line. Use the solid back pattern piece for both the front and back for a simple "plain" a-line skirt.
Suggested Fabrics: Woven and knit fabrics such as doubleknit, jersey and Lycra blends with at least 5% stretch.
Shirred Turtleneck/Raglan Tee: This top has long raglan sleeves and shirred yoke. It is designed to be close-fitting so that the bodice gathers will stretch tight vertically. The pattern also includes an alternative front pattern piece for a smooth and simple raglan top.
Fabric Suggestions:Lycra blend knits with at least 80% crosswise stretch.
Ruana Wrap: Unstructured wrap with optional rounded or pointed hem. Wrap may be made reversibleThis Ruana is the perfect accent to tie this outfit together. It frames the shirring on the top while softening and balancing the skirt.
Fabric Suggestions: Fabric with a nice drape, other than that , your fabric options are nearly endless - including wool coating, jersey, silks, knits or sweater knits. Slippery fabrics are not suggested, they would not stay in place.
