This fitted slightly flared below-waist skirt has narrow bias waistline binding and darts. There is a bias side panel with shaped hem and a left side seam zip. Choose knee length or above ankle. Suggested fabrics: Make it in light weight wool, linen, gabardine, jersey or novelty weaves. The wrong side of the fabric shows.
