The "Genuine Philippine Hand-Embroidered" frocks of the 1920s were all the rage among women too busy to stitch. This easy-sew style features a flattering dropped waist and optional smocking. Pattern includes instructions for smocking and embroidery stitches, as well as a full-size embroidery design motif.
